Attorney Tom James speaks to national truck lawyers group at American Association for Justice Annual Convention
This week, Attorney Tom James presented during the American Association for Justice (AAJ) 2014 Annual Convention in Baltimore, Maryland. Tom spoke before the Truck Accident Litigation group of the AAJ, and his topic was, “My case has been moved to federal court, now what?”
Tom shared practice tips on what to do once a case is removed and cannot get back to state court. He also covered the basics of opening a truck case and litigation tips from intake to verdict or settlement, as well as how truck accident attorneys also work toward truck safety and preventing wrecks.
Tom is an affiliated attorney of the Truck Accident Attorneys Roundtable. With more than 25 trials – and several million-dollar verdicts for truck accident victims – Tom is a tenacious advocate for his clients.
