Attorney Michael Leizerman speaks at prestigious Ohio Association for Justice convention

Founding Truck Roundtable attorney Michael Leizerman recently had the honor of speaking at the 2014 Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ) Annual Convention, in Columbus, Ohio.

He was invited to teach lawyers how to properly ask for wrongful death and consortium damages awards. As part of his talk, Michael used the closing argument from a record wrongful death consortium trial verdict last year in Ohio.

He also shared some of his knowledge and tips about how to find real value – the real losses and human damages that unfortunately so many other lawyers often overlook in personal injury cases.

His presentation was called “Priceless Doesn’t Mean Valueless.”

Michael has now had several record multimillion-dollar trial verdicts and settlements. He, like the other Roundtable attorneys, focuses his practice on helping the families of people injured or killed in catastrophic truck accidents.

Michael has a national law practice, and speaks and lectures frequently to lawyers around the country on how to litigate these cases.
