We Help People Injured By Trucks

Truck Accident Roundtable attorneys to give legal advice for truckers on Road Dog Trucking, Sirius XM Radio

Written by Steve Gursten Posted June 25th, 2013

Popular truck driver call-in show will address legal issues for truck drivers injured on the job and in accidents

When a truck driver is  injured in an accident or on the job, where does he turn?

And what happens when a truck driver who wants to be safe is pushed by his  employer to violate Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Rules? What happens when the safety director’s real job in the truck company is to figure out how drivers and the company can break the rules, to turn over a larger profit?

To help protect truckers and clarify the legal issues that arise when a truck driver is injured in a wreck, Truck Accident Attorneys Roundtable founding members Joe Fried and Mike Leizerman will be guests on the popular Dave Nemo show, on Sirius XM Radio’s Road Dog Trucking channel 171.

The show will air at 8:35 a.m. Eastern tomorrow  (June 26, 2013), and truck drivers can call in for an hour and a half.

The Dave Nemo show is a live, call-in program that spotlights news and topics of interest for professional commercial motor vehicle drivers.

Topics will include recent truck accidents, trucking lawsuits, discovery issues and what to do when a truck driver is injured on the job. Mike and Joe will also address steps that truck drivers can take to avoid mistakes and pitfalls after a serious truck accident.  Workers compensation claims and the current comp law for truckers, including the industry’s hard push toward making truckers independent contractors so they can avoid paying workers compensation claims, will also be discussed.

So truckers, write down your questions and call us. The radio advice is free! You can also call us at (844) 283-0656 for free, one-on-one advice.
