Daniel Buba

Daniel J. Buba is a partner with the personal injury law firm of Doehrman Chamberlain in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Buba focuses a large part of his legal practice representing people injured in truck accidents. Early in his legal career, Mr. Buba represented insurance companies and large corporations, including truck drivers and trucking companies, and now uses this unique perspective to maximize recovery for those wrongfully injured and killed in tractor trailer crashes. Mr. Buba is a Past Chair of AAJ’s Trucking Litigation Group, has served on the Board of Directors of the Trucking Litigation group since 2007, and is a Past President of the Indianapolis Bar Association. He has authored numerous legal papers and lectures at local and national legal seminars for attorneys on how to litigate truck accident cases.
